We currently ship within the UK.

• Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your chosen shipping method and courier.

Every order is packed with care to ensure your book sleeve and pre-loved book arrive safely.

Returns

As each bundle contains a carefully curated pre-loved book, we are unable to accept returns simply because the selected book was not to your personal taste.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
