Returns & Refunds

Each bundle includes a carefully selected pre-loved book chosen according to your preferred genre. As part of the experience, the exact title is a surprise, so we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on the book selection.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging, where possible

We’ll review your request and get back to you as quickly as we can.

Refunds

Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
